Upon registration you will receive a Congress kit that includes the printed material of the Congress and your name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times during the Congress and to all official Congress events.
The weather gradually begins to improve in March in London, UK when the spring season is beginning. At this time of the year, the capital experiences an average temperature of around 8°C which increases as the month develops. The daily highs rise from 10°C at the beginning of the month to 13°C by the end, going above 17°C or falling below 8°C very rarely – only one day out of every ten. Daily low temperatures hardly vary at all and stick around 6°C, exceeding 9°C or falling below 2°C one day in ten.

Hilton London Wembley is just a seven minute walk from Wembley Park tube station on the Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines. Reach Baker Street for Regents Park and Madam Tussauds in just two stops or travel to Bond Street for shopping in only 19 minutes. Wembley Stadium station is only a five minute walk from the hotel; from here it’s just one stop to London Marylebone, close to Regents Park and the Sherlock Holmes Museum.

Participants from certain countries may require a visa in order to travel to the UK. Participants are requested to check with their local UK Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.
